Academy Direct Flat Fee Subscription Healthcare
Academy Direct offers comprehensive primary care for a flat fee structure designed for companies with as few as 10 employees. Enrolled members receive a consistent Primary Care Provider that care for them and is a partner in managing each member's health.
Members have access to in person office visits and virtual care for convenience as needed.
Academy Direct offers prevention, management, responsible referrals, and the care people should expect.
Our Foundation
Dr Shelley Stiner left a large hospital group after devoting 15 years providing healthcare to the Greenwood and South Indianapolis community to establish Academy Primary Care in 2023. Operating her own practice allows her staff to spend the time and care actually required to achieve successful outcomes.

Comprehensive Care
You've likely read or heard the term Comprehensive Healthcare. We feel it is very important to understand the term as it is considered by many experts and real world studies to be the building block of higher quality of life and better health outcomes.

Coordination of care is often an overlooked value when labs, specialists, and patient education for patients are required. Primary Care physicians jobs aren't done when a patient leaves an appointment. It is common for labs, specialist referrals, patient portal communications, and analysis of results are required. As an independent medical practice, Academy Direct has the freedom to work with patients and their employer backed insurance program to use labs, specialists, pharmacies in the best interest of patients outcome and finances.
Access to Care
Patients establishing with Academy Direct can expect access to greater level of support than what could be expected from the common insurance nurse line or Telehealth call to a service the patient has no prior history. Academy Direct doesn't believe a completely virtual healthcare system is right for everyone. Our hybrid in-person office visits and Virtual Visit solution is the best of both worlds. Academy Direct offers a patient portal for messages, notes, results, and updates. Many Point of Care Tests can be done in office saving the cost of urgent cares.
